Overview

This case study focuses on translating enterprise security requirements into technical proposals, solution architecture, diagrams, and implementation planning.

Background

Enterprise security projects require clear communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and operational teams. A proposal must explain the solution, scope, assumptions, architecture, and implementation approach without overcomplicating the message.

Problem

  • Requirements could be broad or unclear at the beginning.

Solution

The proposal process focused on requirement analysis, solution mapping, architecture diagrams, implementation phases, risk notes, and clear technical assumptions. The goal was to make the solution understandable and executable.
